    Life Insurance Onboarding:

    There are two SureLC links for life contracting. You may use the same email for both but must create separate passwords.
    If there's a carrier you're looking for that’s not listed, contact your leader for assistance.

    How to use SureLC:

    • Register a new account via the the boxes below.
    • Fill out your profile
    • Upload the necessary documents (including E&O)
    • Once you get to contracting requests, click "create request" and select the carrier.
    • Fill out the information and send for processing
    • Repeat with the next carrier
